About the Role

As a Field Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Paint and Pressure Washing departments. You will work closely with the Paint Manager to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Identifying and correcting jobsite and departmental issues.
Engaging with customers at meetings, events, and other functions.
Visiting jobsites to ensure standards are being met and work is being completed on time and within budget.
Reviewing and creating project proposals and budgets, ensuring the scope is covered.
Assisting with employee development, training, evaluations, and providing corrective action when needed.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Assisting with scheduling and approving time cards.


  • Previous experience in the construction and/or painting industry in a sales or management capacity.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software, such as Bluebeam, is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Field experience in painting or dealing with all types of paint and coatings is a plus.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Valid driver's license.
