About the Role
We are looking for a professional who will represent CCS, meet operational standards, and monitor all on-site work to ensure a safe and well-run project.
Your contributions to the team include:
Assisting the CCS management team when necessary
Taking responsibility for a designated phase or scope of a project
Maintaining the construction schedule
Working nights and weekends, when needed
Maintaining complete and organized records at the job site
Enforcing the company safety code along with OSHA requirements
Responsibility for day-to-day quality control
Documenting the daily progress of the project
Ensuring material procurement and delivery is done in a timely manner
A minimum of 15 years’ experience as a superintendent on healthcare construction projects
Knowledge and verifiable experience renovating Cath Labs, ORs, MRIs, CTs, and X-rays
Verifiable experience working on AHCA inspected projects
A valid driver’s license
All the tools necessary to perform work
A positive attitude
The ability to pass a background check and drug test
An understanding of building codes
About the Company
CCS is searching for a Superintendent with experience building out interior Healthcare Projects. These projects could include MRI’s, CT’s, OR’s, Cath Labs, Imaging Rooms, etc. The ideal candidate will have 3 years or more of experience managing projects in hospitals. Experience with ACHA inspections is ideal.
