Paint & Pressure Washing Manager
Mike Bratz is the Paint & Pressure Washing Manager for CCS and joined the team in February, 2023. He has been in the construction industry for more than 15 years and the coatings industry for over 10.
He has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Florida State College at Jacksonville and maintains an OSHA 30 card and NACE Level I Inspector designation. He is an active member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) Jacksonville Chapter and Florida Healthcare Engineering Association (FHEA).
